We were able to easily access the local restaurants and the WiFi was reliable. the staff was friendly and tried to assist us despite not having any formal customer service training.

The hotel was not very clean. We arrived to find a dirty toilet with an unidentifiable green liquid on the seat.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be clean and tidy, making it very comfortable. The facilities provided by the hotel were satisfying, especially the AC which was effective, although the remote had to be requested. The hotel's location is convenient as it is close to medium-type restaurants, transportation and parking options. Furthermore, I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, despite their lack of proper training.
